Right of Withdrawal (Withdrawal Policy)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions.
1. Definition of Consumer
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (B2C).
Business customers (B2B) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
2. Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail).

4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
5. Returning the Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
6. Return Shipping Costs
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
7. Liability for Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
8. Exclusion / Loss of the Right of Withdrawal (Important for Technical Goods)
The right of withdrawal may be excluded or may expire early in particular cases, including but not limited to:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- sealed goods where the seal has been removed after delivery
- goods that show signs of installation, use, manipulation, damage, broken seals or missing serial number labels
- electronic components that have been installed, powered, connected, wired, configured or tested in a machine
- goods that have been returned incomplete or not properly packaged for transport
Important: Electronic components (servo drives, boards, modules, power supplies) are sensitive goods.
If the item shows installation marks, broken seals, electrical damage, contamination (oil/coolant/dust), corrosion or any other signs of use, the withdrawal right may not apply and the return may be rejected.
9. Refund Deductions
If returned goods are damaged, incomplete, or show clear signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them, the Seller may:
- refuse the return, or
- deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
