Shipping & Payment Policy

This Shipping & Payment Policy explains our payment terms, shipping methods, delivery time estimates, and important rules regarding risk transfer and delivery.


1. Payment Methods

We offer the payment methods displayed during checkout. Depending on your location and order value, available payment methods may include:

  • Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
  • PayPal
  • Credit Card
  • Klarna
  • Other payment providers

The Seller reserves the right to disable certain payment methods for individual orders.


2. Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

If you choose bank transfer:

  • Your order will be processed only after payment is received.
  • Please use your order number as payment reference.
  • Goods may be reserved for a limited time only. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Please note: For technical goods, additional handling and secure packaging may be required.

  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • Norway
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • and other countries (depending on destination and shipping availability)

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on:

  • destination country
  • parcel weight and size
  • shipping method and carrier

Shipping costs must be paid by the Customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.


6. Delivery Times (Estimated)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.

Typical estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • EU: 2–7 business days
  • UK / Switzerland / Norway: 3–10 business days
  • Worldwide: 5–20 business days

The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, strikes, weather, or other events beyond reasonable control.


7. Customs, Import Taxes and Duties (Non-EU Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • the Customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and fees
  • the Seller has no control over customs processing times
  • delays caused by customs are not the Seller’s responsibility

8. Shipping Carrier and Tracking

We ship with professional shipping carriers. A tracking number will be provided when available.

The Seller is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect address entered by the Customer
  • incomplete address information
  • failed delivery attempts
  • refusal of delivery by the Customer

9. Delivery Address

The Customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the Customer bears the additional shipping costs for re-shipment.


10. Packaging (Important for Electronics)

We package all goods carefully and professionally.

Electronic components may be packed with:

  • anti-static protection (ESD), where applicable
  • shock protection
  • secure shipping boxes

The Customer is responsible for inspecting the parcel immediately upon receipt.


11. Transport Damage

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and the product immediately
  2. Do not install or use the item
  3. Contact us without undue delay

Damage claims may require:

  • photos
  • packaging retention
  • carrier claim procedure

12. Risk Transfer

For business customers (B2B), the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.
For consumers (B2C), statutory rules apply.


13. Partial Deliveries

If an order contains multiple items, partial shipments may be made where reasonable.


14. Incorrect Orders / Refusal of Delivery

If the Customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the parcel, the Seller may deduct:

  • shipping costs
  • return shipping costs
  • handling costs

from the refund, where legally permitted.


15. Invoice and Documentation

Invoices are issued electronically unless otherwise agreed.
For business customers within the EU, a valid VAT ID may be required for VAT treatment according to applicable regulations.
